Terms of service

These terms govern the provision of Meduzia's services (Grupo Meduzia S. R. L.) to its clients. By connecting an ad account to our platform, the client accepts the terms set out herein. Use of this website is also governed by the section Use of this website.

The service we provide

Meduzia manages digital advertising campaigns on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram) through an infrastructure of artificial intelligence agents. The service includes performance analysis, the creation and optimization of campaigns, and the preparation of reports.

The specific scope, duration and fees are agreed separately with each client in its commercial proposal.

How account access works

To provide the service, we need access to the client's ad account. That access is granted through Meta's official authorization system. The ad account remains the client's property at all times, and the client may revoke our access whenever it wishes.

We never request or store passwords. Details on how data is processed are in our privacy policy.

Client responsibilities

• Holding the necessary authorizations over the assets it shares (ad account, page, pixel, catalog)
• Providing truthful information about its business, in particular the financial data we use to set campaign objectives
• Ensuring that the advertised products or services comply with Meta's advertising policies and with applicable law
• Maintaining a valid payment method on its ad account

Meduzia's responsibilities

• Operating the campaigns in accordance with the strategy agreed with the client
• Using the access granted exclusively to provide the contracted service
• Reporting results transparently
• Keeping access credentials secure

About results

The performance of an advertising campaign depends on factors beyond our control: the market, the competition, product quality, seasonality and the platforms' algorithms. We do not guarantee specific results in terms of sales, return on investment or cost per acquisition.

Our commitment is to apply the agreed methodology with professional judgment and to report results without distortion.

Ad spend

Ad spend is paid by the client directly to Meta from its own account. It is separate from Meduzia's fees, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Automated decisions

Our system may make decisions about the campaigns autonomously — scaling those that perform, pausing those that don't — within the parameters agreed with the client. The level of autonomy is defined at the start of the relationship, and the client may request that it be changed at any time.

Confidentiality

We treat all of the client's business information as confidential: sales data, margins, strategy and results. We do not share it with third parties or use it for the benefit of other clients.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with prior notice as agreed in the commercial proposal. Upon termination, we revoke our access and delete the data within the time frames set out in the data deletion policy. The campaigns created remain in the client's account.

Use of this website

Synthetic profiles

The responses in the examples on this website are generated by an artificial intelligence model based on synthetic profiles. They are not the opinions of real people or of Meduzia, and they are meant for exploration, not for making decisions on their own. Meduzia does not forecast sales, units or revenue.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The texts, designs, images and videos on this website belong to Meduzia or are used with the permission of their owners. The brands, institutions and publications we mention (for example NVIDIA, Google DeepMind, Stanford, Nature, ESOMAR or AAPOR) belong to their respective owners. We cite them for reference: Meduzia is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Links to other sites

The website contains links to third-party sites, such as Calendly, YouTube or the publications we cite. Each of them has its own terms and policies.

Changes to these terms

If we modify these terms, we will update the date at the top and notify active clients when the change is substantial.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
