Data deletion

If you connected your ad account to Meduzia and want to revoke access and delete your data, there are two ways to do it.

1 · Revoke access from Meta

It takes effect immediately and you do it yourself:

• Open your Facebook account settings
• Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites
• Find Meduzia App in the list
• Tap Remove

Access ends immediately. From that moment on, our systems can no longer operate on your account.

2 · Request deletion of your data

Write to us at administracion@meduzia.com.ar with the subject “Data deletion”, stating your ad account ID (the one that starts with act_).

What we delete and when

• DataTime frame

• Access identifiers (tokens)

  Time frame: Immediately

• Campaign settings and strategy

  Time frame: 30 days

• Historical performance metrics

  Time frame: 30 days

We will confirm the deletion by email once it is complete.

Your campaigns are not affected

Deleting your data from our systems does not delete the ad campaigns in your Meta account. They remain yours and stay in your account; you can manage them from Ads Manager.

If you joined the waitlist

Write to us at administracion@meduzia.com.ar with the subject “Remove from waitlist”, from the email address you signed up with. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm the removal by email.
